id you know there is testing for Bi-polar?. IN my home state I went to Oregon

Health Sciences Center, for all day testing.,. then they mail the results to you . It cost $250.00.....1991- the test confirmed that I had Bi-polar illness

If you are unsure if you have Bi-polar illness it is a way to confirm it...
At the time my P-doc said she thought I had it but wanted me to go to have the testing done...
Sometimes we are in denial or we want reasurance, maybe your state will have a place that does testing..oh my insurance didnt cover it. I paid the fee out of pocket...

wow, i was told there wasn't any testing for bi-polar. was i lied to? what exactly did they do? i would think that everyone who has bi-polar would want to have this test done especially since we all have a hard time accepting the diagnoses. must be something new, please get back to us as i'm sure we are all interested.
