HI Munchie, I am not sure what to say that will help, I do know things will get better. Have you been diagnosed bipolar? If so are you on medicine and for how long? I will say this, please do not continue drinking, it doesn't help. You can get through this, tell us how you feel and what is going on.

Yes I have been diagnoses with bipolar. For the few years, but I have been like this forever. I'm medicated but sometimes it's just so hard. Thanks for speaking to me it helps.

They will, take your medicine, talk to your doctor. Also focus on the people who love you, help them understand what you are going through and encourage them to get educated. I am sure some others who understand better what you are going through will chime in later. I see you are in Australia, and many here are in a considerably different time zone.

Things will get better though.
