Sounds as if you are depressed. I looked at your other posts and think that perhaps a little increase in your Lamictal or Lexapro may do the thing. I would think that the Lamictal would be the one since it not only has mood stabilizing effects but helps with the depressive side of Bipolar too.
When was your last med adjustment??? And when was the last time you spoke to your pdoc??? Sounds like it is time to give him a call to help you figure this out.
Even when you are somewhat stabilized you can have a breakthrough of depression or mania. This could be situationally triggered or perhaps seasonally. Did something happen that was stressful just before you started feeling this way??? Identifying such triggers is important so you know what to avoid or perhaps times that an increase in one of your meds for a short time may be beneficial.
I am glad that you are reaching our for help & advice. Being self aware is extremely important when it comes to managing Bipolar. Also...are you getting enough sleep, eating right, avoiding as much stress as possible??? Such things are important as far as maintaining stability.
I hope things improve and PLEASE feel free to come here at any time to ask questions or to find support and comfort from others.
Keep us posted with how things go.
