Hey guys,
I'm not going to be able to send a message before I leave tomorrow so I thought I'd just post tonight to say bye. I've decided not to take my laptop with me as I will only worry about it and to be honest I need to just unwind whilst I'm in there. So hopefully I will be back in a couple of weeks and in a much more stable state of mind.

I think you're making the right decision. You will receive lots of input from various health professionals, and they'll have a chance to really get your meds properly "tweaked." Please know that your friends on the board will be thinking about you and please post when you are able to.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery.....Enjoy your chill time! Although, I know sometimes these programs have you in therapy almost like a career! You know you will come out of all of this stronger and better!
