For all who has this can you give me some tips on living with this? It's so confusing for me, I do everything I'm suppose.. I sometimes don't see a future for me...

I am unsure of the BDP. Do you mean Borderline Personality Disorder? If so, is there any particular thing that is bothering you per say more then something else? I know abandonment for me is a biggy and so is being alone. I at times have self injured though it hasn't been since November of last year.

I get through the day much like other people do. I have the added joy of both dx's and strive to not let them rule my life. I do better some times then others. I think the thing that helps me the most is remembering what feels real or right in the moment probably to some extent isn't. Knowing that I am not alone is another helpful thing as well as writing in my journal or reading other journals of other people. Sometimes it gives me a boost or helping someone here. I guess it doesn't take much to make me happy. Except i am not too sure just what being happy really means so perhaps I do numb a lot. That again I am unsure of.

No you where right it's Border Line Personality.... Don't know where the "D" came from = )

At times I can deal with it and at other times I'm totally "out there"... I"m having a hard time dealing with one thing when the other thing is just around the corner...

It's frustrating!

You just have the initials turned around -- its BPD and it is what you said: borderline personality disorder. And if you want to be technical, everyone on the board writes "BP" for bipolar disorder, when in reality, in the psychological world it is usually notated "BD" but who cares....right? As long as WE know what we mean.

It seems to be pretty common to have those two disorders concurrantly. I don't know much about BPD but I guess it is treated through therapy. Have you been diagnosed with both, Dee-nah?

I hear CBT is good for BPD though I have not been given the opportunity to take it. I know to a point what it is but not exactly either. For me since I have both I deal with both rather then a separate issue for each. They seem to pretty much date each other fairly well and run concruennt. So if something is worrying you or frustrating you then try and work through the best you are able. It depends on the nature of the problem as how best to do that and something only you can really say. If it is a issue from the past and can't be changed except to learn from it for future reference maybe try and letting it go. Easier said then done perhaps but sometimes it is something that needs to be done. If something is coming along that is better or not as stressful then the worry thing then that is further reason to let it go. It is kind of hard to be more specific without knowing exactly what the first or second thing is. So take care for now and I will dwell a bit more on this and see if I think of something else to add.
