Wow, my persistent low mood over the last 5 months or so has just lifted!
As in I woke up and I felt better, Im not manic, Im not low- Im some where in the middle at the moment. Its like I am fluctuating between them. Granted the low mood is more dominant, but I no longer have a desire to kill myself or harm myself.
Perhaps I am just depressed now.
Dunno, does this happen to anyone else?
