Just got back - Bipolar Disorder Message Board

Hey yall I just got back and read some posts. I won't be able to reply until my kids go to bed but I definately have a lot of feelings to write about and most importantly check to see how everyone's doing and reply to a ton of posts on here. Hope everyone's doing well and that yall had a great weekend.

Hey, I know A LOT happen over the weekend especially if this is the first time you've been on the board since Friday but instead of thinking negative let's think positive, okay? We can all get through this...

Thanks so much for the kind words sweetd. Dee I am trying to think positive!! But you know that can be hard to do =/ I was just starting to get up from my down and now I'm back down...but oh wait that just made me think lol...there is something positive..I get to see my new counselor tomorrow and I haven't talked to one in almost 3 months...I hope I like my new one just as much as I did my old one in VA. See you were right...think POSITIVE =) I've missed posting with everyone this weekend. I'm glad to be back
