You can look at the post at the top of the page about symptoms primer, but ultimatly you have to be diagnosed by a Psychiatrist. If you really feel that something is wrong, the best way, I think, is to go to your primary care doctor and have them check out that you are healthy and see what they think. Ask for a recomendation to a Psychologist, who you should see for a little while and find out if there is anything that could be it, and if you both think that it might be bipolar, go to a Psychiatrist who can diagnose you and give you medicine. You will still need to see your psychologist, though, or at least it's a good idea.
That's what I did and it worked for me, in getting me diagnosed. It takes a while, but it really makes sure that it is bipolar and not anything else.
