| bipolar and can't find right combo for meds-seeking advice
hi there, i love this webstie and thanks to anybody who reads this. i was taking effexor and lexapro and lamictol and xanax and nadalol for a while, and i still felt like crap, nervous, paranoid and anxious and depressed. now i am taking 1200 mg of lithium, and the lowest doses of effexor and lexapro. no xanax or nadalol. anyways, i still feel anxious a good amount of the time, but a lot better than before but still paranoid as well with worrying thoughts. That seems to be my biggest problem; the thoughts and the feelings i get in my gut. it's like i'm always trying to figure out what's causing them and my whole existence just becomes dominated by them. can anybody pin point what medical cause this is or relate to it and what medication they benefited from?
