a little Stability
I am going through a time when I am not manic or depressed.. It is so nice just to be even each day... these are times when I think I am not Bipolar..


Anyone else have even times..??

Not in a very long time...I always think of those times as the "dangerous times" for a BP'er...it's so easy to believe that we're not sick and we don't need the meds, but we have to keep believing the truth to keep ourselves well and safe.

Yep - I get these times, usually after a big down, i think I'm great, fine, not ill at all, think all the doctorsare wrong, so stop my meds (all of them) and end up going high, high, high.... usually makinig some big mistakes of judgement....

and then i end up right back at the start again thinking I really am ill....


so the cycle continues...

even times really are dangerous times of self-lies for me,
