That's a problem. Even Ts have said that to me, invalidating my reality and the truth my situation in life. It seems sometimes as it everything we do and think is up for scrutiny and then blamed on us being "sick". People don't give us credit for being intelligent people with real life problems just like everyone else's.
It's angering to be judged a mental incompetent who lies. You know you're not. Can you find support from others who will support you in this?
It's her problem, not yours. She's ignorant, and probably won't change. IF you can, ignore her, and try to associate with people who value and trust you.
We are not an illness.
I am so sorry this happened. Makes me feel so alone and ostrasized, in a way, as if they don't want to admit us to "civilian" life. It's her you can't trust, for her judgement is way off.
