New to boards

Hi there.. I just came across this forum today.. I used to frequent a different board, and lately started to feel uncomfortable about posting there.

A little bit about me: I was dx'd BP2 in 2005... am med compliant and see my pdoc once a month.

I started a new job on Monday, and I work 8a-6p... I live w/ my bf who works nights 5p-5a... and since I started we haven't really seen each other for more than an hour at a time

I'm exhausted.

I'm taking 900mgs trileptal and 150mgs lamictal.

Thanks for reading. I look forward to giving and receiving lots of support and encouragement!

Re: New to boards

Welcome from a fellow newbie! In the few days I've been here, I've found this board to be very supportive and friendly. I'm sure you will too.

Re: New to boards

thanks Caren and dreams. =) I really appreciate your warm welcomes.

Can you help me out with ettiquette; is it ok to start a new thread about how you're feeling if you're feeling down and out once in a while?

thanks,
-minds

Re: New to boards

Sure it is, minds. In fact, if you look at older threads, you'll see people posting when they are depressed or manic.
