| Re: Great advice by dreams in neon
I'm glad I could help! Yes, living with BP can be very frustrating, so it's good to have coping mechanisms in place to help keep you grounded so that you look at situations realistically. I've been in therapy (CBT) for the past 1.5 years and have found it to be of great help in allowing me to deal with my rapid cycling, relationships with family and friends as well as learning more about this illness. I wish you all the best with your therapy and hope it brings you much success!
