Like kat, medication a must for me to function and cope with both symptoms and life itself. It also can help to o DBT, counseling. Yes, there are ways to cope with it, not always perfectly.
Can you ask for extensions on your paper and reading? It might help, too, to ask someone to work with you on doing a little every day, instead of waiting until that awful last minute.
And making a schedule, like "today, I will work on this for two hours."
