Ask your doctor of pharmacist. I don't remember what my levels were when I was on lithium, otherwise I'd try to help you out.

I looked it up on a site and the lowest listed was 0.6, but you really should check with your pdoc, they would be the one that would need to know.

therapeutic levels here are between .7 and 1. but levels vary per person. if that dose helps you then it is fine. if not. maybe you could talk to your pdoc or doc next time you have blood work done.
