you just have to "fool" your brain. If you crave chocolate, then have a bowl of choclate cocoa pebbles, if you just have the munchies, keep fruit, carrotts, celery, pretzles.....non fattenting foods... try to go for not so awful foods. it's not a matter of cravings gooing away, you've become used to eating all the time...you have to break that cycle, it's going to suck for a bit, but you're theonly one who can do it.
