Mood diary..

Hi all,

Does anybody have a really good electronic mood diary that they can e-mail to me? I've tried a couple, but there's always something missing and I want to avoid trying to set one up myself...but will if I really have to...let me know please...thanks!

Re: Mood diary..

I don't use a specific mood chart. Instead, I always keep my computer open in Wordpad and add information as needed throughout the day. When I travel, I take notes on my BrailleNote (a PDA for the blind) and transfer that information to my PC. When I see my tdoc and pdoc, I print everything out for them. It's much easier for me this way since I'm not limited by what I can write on a mood chart.

Re: Mood diary..

I've looked for ones on the net and they are all so basic. Depending on what you want it may be that you have to set one up. I use a diary or at least I did until recently and I just got to the point where I could muster the strength of writing anything down.

Re: Mood diary..

It's easier to just get a small journal from the bookstore and just use a date per page, put what meds you take and when at the top and chart your meds by time and cange and how you feel down the page...It doesn't have to be anythng fancy.
