How long have you gone without sleep? If it's been 2-3 days, your symptoms could very well be due to lack of sleep.
However, since this is the first time you've taken Clonazepam, I'm willing to guess that what you're experiencing are side effects.
If you haven't slept for a single night, I doubt that you'd experience confusion, stomach pain and agitation.
To me, all of those symptoms seem to be indicative of side effects related to Clonazepam.
