My doc recently added a tiny dose (2mg) of Abilify to my Seroquel and Klonopin. I actually take only 1mg (really tiny dose). I am enjoying being more alert and "with it" and not so hung over from the seroquel. BUT... the Abilify has brought back my sex drive with a vengeance. Weird thing to complain about, but it's really kind of distracting.

Has anyone else noticed this "side effect" with Abilify?

I take 20 mg and have absolutely NO sex drive. Matter of fact it has been about a year since hubby and I have been intimate. I don't know if it is the Abilify or not. I really hadn't thought about it, but I will be sure to talk to my doctor about it on Friday. Hope you figure out if that is what is causing your issues or not.

ah yes, mine has increased 10 fold. phew - it's like the second trimester of pregnancy.

That's interesting that you said that it increases your "sex drive". I'm on 10mg of Abilify and it seems to have decreased my sex drive.

Yes! I'm only on 2mg, but it has totally increased my sex drive to an almost distracting level. Partially it's that I'm not as depressed anymore so I actually feel alive again.
