Does she has bipolar disease ?

I believe my girl friend has bipolar as well as other mental disorder.
I need help to determine what kind of disorder she has and what we should do to help her.
Below of symptoms :-
1. She become so much angry and change her voice like of ghost. This was regular at least once a day in her teen. It was reduced to once a month once we become friend. I came to US for my work and she got very upset. Now she is having manic attack almost once in 2 days. Her voice get changed. she cannot talk properly. It almost like ghost voice. However, she can understand and hear what other people doing. But she cannot help herself.

2.Some time she behave like kid and talk like that too. When I ask her the reason she told me she is not able to control herself.

3. Some time she sleeps long hours and feel confused.

4. After maniac episode she some time forget what happens.

5. When she getup in morning she suddenly feeling phobia. She recover after 30 minutes.

6. She also have a severe head ache that start suddenly. The headache starts from forehead and goes till neck. it is kind of global. She just cry and cry. She also have burning head in the back side of head. It is like putting chili or heated frying pan on the head. She does not have maniac or depression after headache.

7. Sometime she feels so much energetic.

8. Some time she cannot walk properly. Things around her seems bented and looks like going to fall. This last for some 30 minutes. During this time she could not walk.

9. MRI scan shows a calcium deposit. However doctor is not able to say anything about the cause.

10. She also feels helpless and feels that no one understand her and help her.

11. One occasion she was talking like a kid then i gave her sleeping pill (triqua) and she sleeps after 15 minutes. She does not remember about the incident at all.

12. She feels stressed at home. Her parent always fight.

13. Doctor prescribed some medicine that makes her sleep.

I would like to know what kind of disorder she might have and how we should approach.

hi mx, persuading her to see a gp first, maybe print this post and bring it to him as it expresses in a clear concise from what her problems are. then he will refer to a psychologist who will give a diagnosis. as i have said before, labels are not important so long as she gets the treatment she needs. she is v., lucky to have such solid support from you in her life and this should really help her to deal with it all. you sound like you both have been through a v,. rough time so i really hope that now you may get the help and treatment available.

hi, does she believe that it is a ghost that does these things or is she prepared to see that it is an illness? what kind of help is available to you? can she go to a gp (doctor) or a psychiatrist? what kind of books are available to you. i would suggest learning as much as you can online at least and maybe getting her to read about it too. the important thing is to get help for her and leave dealing with her family beliefs afterwards. hope this helps.
