Pregnant no meds

Hi everyone. I'm 36 and 6 1/2 weeks pregnant. I have bipolar 2 and was on
Meds finally for good for a solid year. Then I decided I wanted
A baby. I have 2 healthy children. I stopped
My meds. Depakote and Prozac and conceived in 2 months and then miscarried. It was very difficult. Well 3 months later I'm pregnant
Again and my anxiety levels are through the roof. I'll find myself fixating on things that aren't even important in the great
Scheme of things. I can't hardly sleep and I have scary thoughts sometimes. Working has been difficult.. My job stresses me out and holding it together has been so tough. I just want to get through the
1st trimester so I can relax. I'm just wondering does
Anyone have some suggestions to help me
Cope until I can be on some meds again? I'm so scared.

If you're okay with it, perhaps treat yourself to a massage or 2, get in some ultra relax time. If you can't afford it, convince hubby to do it. Try to sit down with the kids and play gofish or some easy card games, just for fun, something you don't have to concentrate on. Take long warm bubble baths with really good smelling scents. Go to the pool and just float on a raft. There's lots of things you can do to relax, it's just hard to think of them all when your stressed.
