If you're okay with it, perhaps treat yourself to a massage or 2, get in some ultra relax time. If you can't afford it, convince hubby to do it. Try to sit down with the kids and play gofish or some easy card games, just for fun, something you don't have to concentrate on. Take long warm bubble baths with really good smelling scents. Go to the pool and just float on a raft. There's lots of things you can do to relax, it's just hard to think of them all when your stressed.
