Nightmares.
Hello,

I wonder if anyone experiences nightmares or very vivid dreams every night?
I wake up tired sometimes. For the most part I wake up after 4 hours of sleep. I don't need much sleep.
Is the nightmares related to the medication I take?

I have very vivid dreams too. I have always been that way though, even before the medication. Maybe it is how our minds work.

yes, I had a problem with nightmares and amnesiac dream state occurrences. My pdoc put me on Clonodine and Vistaril for dream containment. It works very well, I hardly ever dream.
