Hello - so glad I found this site! An struggling with depression and it always seems to bring on anxiety. I see a Pdoc, a therapist, attend a support group, journal, try to take walks and started using meditation tapes with guided imagery. I was wondering what everyone else does. I do take medicine if I cannot take it anymore but it makes me tired. Thanks so much!
