Red face Meds are driving me crazy

Hi everyone - I'm new here and just need to vent or hear from others.

I'm on 1350mg Lithium and 40mg Geodon and it's driving me nuts. The first three weeks I was on slightly higher dosage of Geodon and while there were side effects, I felt awesome. I was living in the moment and felt positive...not hypomanic, just normal.

Now,the side effects are getting to me. Here are just the big ones.... I'm slower than my normal self, my eyes are blurry, I'm agitated every day. I want to crawl out of my skin. My Psychiatrist wanted to keep things the same for the next two weeks. Will this get any better? Will I stop needing to take a Xanax to control these horrible periods of agitation?

thanks for listening to me whine. I'm normally a very positive, happy person.
