Wow am I ever glad I found this forum, maybe some of you can help me out..I hope. I have been on Ortho Tri-cyclen for 2 years and this month I have been off of it for the first time since I started. (I didn't make it to the drug store in time to pick up my new packs.) My boyfriend and I have been using alternate contraceptives during this time. Now for the last week I have been having this on and off nausous feeling(not like I am going to throw up but just kinda quezzy) and have sore breasts. I am now on day 38 of my cycle and wondering what the heck is going on. I have been told that going off the pill can put your body into "shock" and you can experience symptoms like I am experienceing. Not to mention the fact that I am stressed out not being on the pill, because it makes me think I am always pregnant. (i get super paranoid). I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? Any help would be greatly appreiciated!
