Ok- I was on Yasmin for about 8 months before i switched to OTC-Lo. Ive been on it for about 2 weeks now. The reason I started taking bc, besides the obvious, is because I used to have horrible periods which usually resulted in me throwing up or "blacking out". I was tested for diabetes and anemia, both ended up negative. Well, I never had problems with Yasmin, but the past week or so, Ive noticed that I get dizzy every now and then. It's usually just for a few seconds, and then it's gone. Well, yesterday, for the good part of the afternoon, I felt slightly lightheaded and had a floaty sensation, so I ate some chocolate thinking maybe my sugar was low, but it didnt help. Also- tonight my face has been very flushed, and it feels much like i have fever symptoms, but ive taken my temp three times, and its normal. I was wondering if this is normal? Or if it is even a result of the birth control...?
Is this serious????
