The pill isnt your only option. Have you and you doctor talked about other options, you can get "your tubes tied" or a diaphram (i think thats what they call it) inserted (thats what my mom uses and its works well for her). These are the most permanent options I know of.
I'm sorry, I'm no expert at all, but I do know there are other options and I do know that you should feel comfortable! I can see that going on Yasmin would make you really scared and I dont blame you because I also know that when they advertise birth control pills they say that you should take them if you are at risk for heart attack or stroke!
My opinion would be to stay away from the pill! Please look at other options (unless you already have, in which case I'm sorry). If you go on the pill theres always a risk of blood clots, no matter how "low" it is. I dont think its worth that risk.. like you said, you have a 2 year old, she needs you. BTW, isnt taking asprin everyday kind of risky as well?
