diet pills and birth control? - Birth Control Message Board

I was told that diet pills effect birth control pills and pretty much make them were they don't work. Is this true, and if it is what diet pills can I take that are safe from messing up my BC? I'm on ortho-cyclen.

Diet pills do not make the pill less effective. However, birth control can make it more difficult to loose weight, so you might not see very good (if any) results.
