Just Went off Ortho Evra and have a question - Birth Control Message Board

I stopped my ortho evra last month. I never put one back on after my patch free week. Is it normal to have a late period after you stop the patch?

I went off the pill once and didn't have my period for that month. But everything resumed as normal the next month. So, I'd say it's normal to be late or miss.

It's normal to have irregular cycles after stopping any birth control.

Oh I had my period 2 weeks after stopping BC for only 2 days. I then spotted for another month before going to the gyno to go back on BC. Big pregnancy scare. It sucks. But i have read that you are more likely to skip a period or 2 when stopping BC.
