Skipping periods on triphasic pills often doesnt work due to the shifting levels of hormones.
If you want to try, the best way is to take week one of one pack of OTC lo, followed by week one of a SECOND pack of OTC lo. Then take week two of pack one, then week two of pack two. Then week three of pack one, and finally week three of pack two. Then take your seven day break and start a new pack as usual.
It may not work, however. You could always talk to your doctor about switching to a monophasic pill for the month of July. Alesse is low dose just like OTC lo, but it's monophasic and more likely to let you skip a period then OTC lo.

I am going on vacation in July and my period is to start exactly that time. I am on Orhto TRi Lo and was wondering is there a way to supress my period so I don't get it on my vacation
