Regular Ortho Tri-Cyclen is indicated and approved for the treatment of acne. There are many women who use it for acne purposes only, and have much success. However, this isn't to say that you won't break out, however, considering you're going to be using Accutane, I don't think that you'll have a problem. Just remember that acne can actually get worse when first starting the pill and Accutane, so give it time.
