Your gynocologist has to keep all private health information private. However, if you're really young, your parents may have access to this information.
Also, if you're using your parent's insurance, it's likely that they'd get a summary of claims filed, which might include the gynocological exam.
Most women become very regular when using the pill, and know exactly what day their period will come. Some women even know what time of day to expect their periods.
