Ovcon 35 Question- - Birth Control Message Board

I used to be on Birth control pills when I was younger (16) to help with cramps during my period. I got switched to several different pills because i was losing weight! Now, I will be 21 and i need to start taking them again (for other reasons) and my gyno put me on Ovcon 35. I never heard of this pill. Has anyone lost weight or heard of any weight issues while being on it? I would appreciate if someone could reply with any information on this pill! I dont want to start taking them if i am going to lose a lot of weight- i am small to begin with. Thank you!

I just finished my first month of this pill, having previously been on Ortho Tri-Cyclen. This pill was WONDERFUL for me! My period was barely 2 days long and was very spotty. I didn't get nauseous or bloated or anything. I have lost a few pounds that the Ortho put on (which was almost 20!!!). I actually REALLY like this pill. It's an older pill that's been around for i think 30 years about. You should be very happy.
oh ya...alot of people say they spotted horribly on the pill, but I have had no spotting except for my period which was a period, but i only spotted.
