you can try to ask your doctor to give u a prescription of a pill with the same 2 hormones but, from a different pill manufacturer... the dose may be different but not by much.
I was prescribed Loestrin 1/20 (same manufacturer as ovcon-35) and i take the generic, which is Microgestin 1/20 and all i paid was $10 with blue cross blue shield.
I went to the Migrogestin1/20 manufacturer's website (watson phamasueticals) and it looks like Brevicon is the closest thing to Ovcon 35 as KittyWitty has stated...then, i went to the walgreen's site for a price range and it looks like Brevicon has a generic form called Necon 0.5/35 (same mfg, weird) which is priced for about 27 bux.. and im pretty sure its covered under blue cross blue shield so u might end up paying only $10 or $15.
