Actually, if you miss the first couple of pills, you need to use a back up method for at least 7 days. It's crucial that you start the pill on time, or effectiveness can be decreased.
Anyway, take the 1 extra pill tomorrow. Don't take all 4 in one day. Then resume your normal cycle and be more careful.
