Read your package insert, but I believe when you miss a pill (or 2), you're supposed to take 2 at the same time. That probably didn't affect anything, but it's good to become aquainted with how your supposed to take your pill when problems arise. Also, some pills have different rules for missed pills depending on which week you miss on. Read up on that, too. That literature isn't just there because it has to be; it's also there to educate the patient.
Any period irregularity probably is blamed on the emergency contraception. It can make your cycle irregular. You're probably fine.
