Your options are open. Since you're using Seasonale, you can probably quit it whenever you'd like, and start the new birth control immediately. It's always best to finish your cycle before starting a new birth control, but if the "end" of Seasonale is quite a bit off yet, your doctor will probably tell you to start it early.
Also, when you switch, you may experience some spotting or your period. This should go away after a cycle or so.
