birth control question, please help - Birth Control Message Board

i take tricyclen pills, 28 pack. i accidentally took two pills yesterday and am not sure what to do...should i continue taking as normal or ??? i'm not sure...and how would this affect the rest of the month. any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I'd recommend taking 1 pill everyday until you finish the pack. You're going to finish the pack 1 day early by doing this, so you'll either have to start your new pack one day early, or, start your new pack on the originally scheduled day, but use a back-up method of birth control for 7 days after starting the new pack.

The above post sounds correct but whenever I screw up on my meds I call the pharmacist just to be safe!!
