Estro Step - Birth Control Message Board

Just switched to estro-step from yasmin b/c of side affects (ie. low sex drive, emotional all over the place, crying, depression, etc), but I've been nausous each time I take it. I had a bad headache today. I feel a little more emotionally balanced, but will the nausea go away? I'll stick it out a little longer if there's hope, but otherwise this sucks.

Anyone been on this one? Or know how switch bc pills affects you? Any info would be appreciated.

The nausea is usually temporary. Try taking the pill at bedtime or with plenty of food to try to lessen the nauseous feeling.
