Does Monistat affect the NuvaRing?

I recently had a yeast infection while using the NuvaRing and used Monistat 1 to treat it. Does that alter the effectiveness of the ring?

Nope. There is no interaction between these 2 products.

However, if you developed a yeast infection while using the ring, and are using the same ring after your treatment, you may be susceptible to a repeated infection.
