getting of bcp - Birth Control Message Board

i just got off of the bcp about a month ago. before i got on them my periods were very regular and have been until about three months ago. i got a little off track with my pills, so they started to come in the middle of the cycle instead of at the end. i decided to get off of them so to try to get back to regular. I have never missed a period. each month i get one, until now. its been a little over six weeks since my last period. has anyone else had the same side effects after getting of the bcp?

The first month I went off the pill, I didn't get a period. But, the next month things resumed as normal. The pill affects everbody differently. It usually takes about 3 months to get regular after going off of it, though. So, just give it time.
