Hello, I need to know the best ways to eat to avoid weight gain while on Birth Control.
I know that you have to watch your salt intake, but I just wanted to know of any advice from someone who has continued to loss weight while on birth control. Like a diet plan that worked.
I'm currently a member of a weight loss program, but I don't want to feel like im losing money gaining weight on a pill. This weight loss plan consist of point(s) intake, and works very well. High fiber, low fat, low calories, plus drinking lots of water, and exercise.
I have to take these pills because I have fibroids and they are causing me to be iron deficient.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
