| Re: question about pill and creamy cm
You probably get a lot of creamy CM on the mini-pill because of the progestin it contains. I'm using FAM and while I get creamy CM before ovulation, I also get some in the luteal phase after ovulation. It is said to be a sign of good progesterone levels in women not on the pill. It is probably the progestin causing that for you. I know women who are trying to conceive and taking progesterone supplements also get a lot of creamy CM.
That being said though, the mini-pill is less effective at preventing pregnancy than the regular pill, so it is more likely it might fail to prevent ovulation more often too...
