i was on the BCP for 10+ years and have now gone off. i have now been off for 8 months and i thought my body was starting to get back to 'normal' as i started to get my period on a regular basis, 40+ days but i could at least ball park when my next should be. i have not yet gotten my period when it should've come but have had spotting pretty much every day for 2 weeks as well as taken a couple PT tests to rule out pregnancy but have both been negative. has anyone had this happen after going off the pill?

Hi , I was on the pill for 3 years and I stopped taking it one day my hasband and I want to have a baby, and my body reacted like "o" we're changing things now ok. so I didn't my period right away (I'm not pregant) So I started working out and drinking slimfast to lose waight and a week late I got my period. I might be the high proten in the slimfast and the work outs that did it. So maybe try that. I also take vitamins and that your ovulating.
