| Mid-Cycle bleeding
Aghgh! I just don't know where to begin. I am 33 yo, and almost a year ago, I started on the pill for irregular bleeding. I had an ultrasound which showed nothing abnormal. Over the past 9 months, I've only had 3 cycles without any mid-cycle bleeding. I am 4 days away from my withdrawal bleed on my pills, and I'm bleeding again. Why does this keep happening?
MY OB says I need a stronger pill ( I am already on a 35 mg estrogen pill--Ovcon-35), I'm worried about a higher dose due to breast cancer in my family.
I have had others tell me it could be a low progesterone thing.
I'm just really tired of this. I'm starting to worry there is something seriously wrong, but I just can't get a straight answer.
Where do I go from here?
Should I just go with the higher dose pill? Get off the pill altogether? Has anyone gone through something like this? Any ideas where to go from here?
