Hi everybody.

I've been taking Loestrn 24fe for almost a year now. In the beginning I had the typical side effects, but other than that things have been just fine. Back in January I had some spotting, which turned out to only last a week or so.


Now last month and this month I have had some spotting that lasts for a little more than a week (no major bleeding, just a nuisance). I am wondering if this is a sign if I need a stronger pill, or if this just randomly happens. I should also add that last week I started the south beach diet, which is no carbs or sugars for the first two weeks....but that doesn't really explain the spotting last month. My concern this time is that it's the second month in a row that this has happened and normally I don't experience it. Could I have gotten used to the pill after a year? THis is my first bc experience.


I go for my yearly check up next week, so I would like to hear some of your advice on what I should do.
