Moving periods on YAZ - Birth Control Message Board

I am on my second week of YAZ and got my period two days ago, while being on active pills. Or maybe it's just breakthrough bleeding. I only went on BCP to move my periods around. We are getting married on Dec 8 and it is landing right during that and our honeymoon. Not good. Does anyone know how I can move my periods so they land on the week before the wedding? Plus, I only want to use BCP for as little as possible. So if it's possible to move my period while only being on the pill for one month, or less, please let me know. Just from the changes Im having now, it's seem fishy!

you can stop taking your bcp a day or two early (should get your body to start your period early), then start the new pack a couple of days earlier. You can always take 2 packs back to back not taking the 4 inert pills. But the pms.. can be worse than what you may be used to.

i also used BCP to move my period around vacations.
since you have a couple months, keep taking the active pills 2 days earlier than you are supposed to and give your body a month beforehand to get on schedule. that should help.

i got out a calendar and mapped out when my vacations were and how many days i needed to move it up. you might want to do the same thing?
