stopped pill 2 days into pack - Birth Control Message Board

Ok so the pill was making me feel ill *had been on it almost a year*
i was on micrognon30.. something along those lines

I finished one pack, had a period as normal, then started another pack but after having only took it for 2 days it made me feel that ill i stopped taking them there and then (2 days into the 21)

after 1 or 2 days after coming off the pill (and therefore under a week since finishing my period) another period came, normal length etc.

I thought this was probably normal.. so waited it out and then expected another period 3 weeks later, i didnt get one.

tomorrow will make me 2 weeks late.

am i pregnant? or could this be because I had 2 periods so closely together...

If you've been having unprotected sex, then yes, you could be pregnant. Since you're two weeks late, you could take a test.

But if not, it's possible that your body just needs to get used to not having the pill tell it when to menstruate, get itself back on cycle. I've read women say they've had to wait a while before it comes on its own.

i have not had unprotected sex since stopping the pill.. always used a condom and none have split.. what would you suggest i do? wait and see...

yeah so i took a test and it said negative

thats surely a good thing, but how much can I depend on that being accurate, im now 17 days late....?
