Maribel...Welcome to the board!! Well, I'm not really sure exactly what you're asking, so I'll just talk about several things. Loestrin 24FE is a birth control pill that has 24 active tablets and 4 iron tablets. The 4 iron tabs are the time when your period should come. It is different from the other Loestrin in that the other has a whole week of iron tablets, and your period is longer (the more inactive, or iron, pills you take, the longer your period). The Loestrin 24FE just makes your period shorter, and the FE stands for iron. Ok, the next question is what I am unclear on. I'll do the best I can, so here goes...you should be able to get off of Loestrin and get pregant within a few months...sometimes sooner (if that's what you mean...if you're trying to get pregnant). Now, if you mean, you wonder how easily people get pregnant while taking the pill (accidentally), then that's different. If you take it correctly (every day around the same time of day), it should cover you over 99%. If you miss pills, your chances go up for becoming pregnant. Not sure I answered what you're asking, but if you'll give a little more info, I think I could try again, lol. God bless!
