To go back on Birth Control?? - Birth Control Message Board

I've been off of birth control for about a year. Prior to quitting, I had been on Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo for approx. 6 years. The main reason I quit taking it was because it killed my sex drive. I thought that by going off it, it might make things better. All in all, I didn't get the results I had hoped for. I'd say things only improved slightly. Anyway, I just saw my OBGYN for my checkup today. She gave me an r/x for Yaz. I'm going to do plenty of research before I even think about getting it filled, but I wanted to start here and get real opinions and experiences from y'all. Any helpful insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

don't have an answer for you, but i am in the same boat as you as no sex drive. have been on the pill for about 8 years and am thinking of going off of it for this reason. u say u didn't see much of a difference? sorry can't answer your question though.
